Responsible for managing and supporting the Enterprise Access Control and Video programs for a global end user. Works with the global end user’s internal customers as well as various integrators working at the customers locations. The work supports both new installations as well as supporting ongoing service issues. Responsibilities also include providing technical guidance to various leaders within the organization to support growing security needs and technology changes that affect the end user
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical SME.
- Certifications in various security platforms (GENETEC, LENEL ONGUARD).
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
